This was a very, very special cake. How many people do you know that get to celebrate 100th Birthdays?! This man served his country, his friends, family, community and church. He is very active at his young age and enjoys life and gatherings. He earned recognition as a Navy Chaplin, Chaplin Eritous, and an Honorary life member of his local American Legion (just to name a few of his honors). This was a full sheet, 1/2 white, 1/2 chocolate cake with buttercream icing and edible images.Once again, sorry about the poor photograph, I believe this one was taken on my cell phone, and it is very crooked.
