This was a customer after my own heart. I met with her to decide what she wanted for a wedding cake, after some discussion and image sharing she told me she wanted a cake iced with white buttercream with matching white ribbon around the bottom of each tier. She also knew that she wanted pink lady gerbera daisies scattered among the tiers. This was so similar to my own taste seeing as I too had a 3-tiered, stacked cake without borders for my wedding, and I also used gerbera daisies... they just happened to be in fall colors. This cakes tiers were 8", 10" and 12".*A bonus to this cake... the top and bottom tiers are white cake with the center tier being strawberry, even when the cake was cut the pink and white theme could be seen!
