This is the first (and probably last) adult theme birthday cake I have ever done. This cake was for my husbands 1/4 of a century birthday. He is a huge Atlanta Braves baseball fan and I thought it would be funny to make a cake with a woman wearing the jersey, well, my boss at the time (who is also a fan of baseball, he just roots for the Cardinals) thought it would be a good idea to leave the jersey open to show the woman behind the jersey. This cake was the result. This cake was a 1/2 sheet shaped cake. Part of the cake was strawberry, part of the cake was butter with sprinkles (to look like "funfetti"). The cake is covered in cream cheese icing with fondant jersey and jewelry.
