This is a photo taken of the first cake I decorated in this new little town of mine. The order was for a half sheet cake to go along with a 3-tiered 40th Wedding Anniversary cake. The customer wanted buttercream icing with a monogram of the letter "C" piped in black icing to match the Anniversary Party Invitations. This is the end result of the sheet cake documented in a crooked photograph. I will work harder next time at better photos of my cakes as you can see, or "can't see" the borders of this cake.
