About Me
- Erika Carrell
- I have a BFA in Studio Art with an emphasis in 3-D Design from Henderson State University. I worked as a professional cake decorator for 3 years before moving to a small town with my husband. I thought I was done with cakes until -Surprise! Word of mouth, or at least a little birdie let people in on my secret and I now do cakes as a hobby for people in the area.
