This was a 5-tier wedding cake composed of a 4" red velvet tier, 6" white tier, 8" white tier, 10" red velvet tier, and a 12" dummy tier decorated in cream cheese frosting and trimmed with a black satin 5/8" ribbon.
I have a BFA in Studio Art with an emphasis in 3-D Design from Henderson State University. I worked as a professional cake decorator for 3 years before moving to a small town with my husband. I thought I was done with cakes until -Surprise! Word of mouth, or at least a little birdie let people in on my secret and I now do cakes as a hobby for people in the area.
